Thanks for sharing your post. Inspired by the video in your blog, I was reminded of a very well-known application called Talking Tom Cat from about ten years ago. Tom is a pet cat who responds to touch and can repeat in a silly but cute voice whatever the player says. Users also have the option to record Tom’s account of what was said and share it with friends and family via Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms.

Additionally, Apple released Memoji in 2018, allowing users to design an avatar that reflects their character, mood, or alter ego.

These two technologies give people a better understanding of how we see ourselves. However, as you noted, it is debatable. In a world that is entirely virtual, many ethical, safety, and health concerns will be raised. I would advise using technology thoughtfully and purposefully because how people use these features will have a significant impact.
